Itemized Billing & Estimates:

Since our initial Plantscaping Proposal is only the first draft of the eventual Landscaping Plan, each estimate is broken down by zone and by plant.  Combined with the 3-D digital renderings and the 2-D architectural drawing, the itemized estimate allows clients to view the details of the plan and customize the plan to meet their individual desires, resources, and time table.

Clients are encouraged to prioritize areas to execute the plan by phase, such as front yard this month and the backyard next month.  Additionally, with a detail estimate the number, type, and size of each plant can to evaluate. Throughout the execution of the plan, changes can be easily tracked and managed.
Digital Design and Presentation:
Ever wonder what your house will look like after the landscaper has finished?  With our digital design process you can see a pictorial representation of your home with all the plants, trees, and hardscape changes you are considering, digitally imposed on a digital photo of your home or garden area.  With each landscape proposal, Marie’s Plantscape, LLC provides a digitally enhanced 3-dimensional photo of each area within the landscape design, a 2-dimensional Landscape Architectual Drawing detailing each plant, and finally a detailed cost sheet showing plant types, quantities, and price.
This process allows the customer to be actively involved in the design experience and to feel confident the final product is exactly what they want.  Additionally, since each area or phase is priced separately, the design can be prioitized to install each area at your own pace, or take place simultaneously.
Direct and Subcontract Labor.
Numerous landscaping tasks require unique skills, training, or equipment.  In these events, Marie’s Plantscape, LLC will act as the clients representative to coordinate all subcontractor activities to provide an integrated, one-stop solution for all landscaping projects.  Some of these tasks include; large tree removal & installation, stump-grinding, engineering drafting, water works, masonry installations, fencing, stone paving, lawn & foliage mainterance, and many others.  To insure the highest quality and consistent work, Marie and Mark provide Quality Assurance, selection, and careful supervision of all additional contractors.  Clients will have one point-of-contact for all work on the job site.  Our subcontractors have been screened to insure they are properly licensed and insured.
